....Joomla is a free open source content management system. The way we found out about it was when we were trying to keep up to date with the new web standards. We use a web server that offers 52+ FREE scripts and an Instant script install program. This is becoming the standard of the industry in web serving. Many hosting companies use C-panel and Fantastico, by using these with your web hosting account will let you, with a click of the mouse, you can instantly install a script without any programming knowledge. This is why and when we gave Joomla a try.

....In doing so, this opened up a whole new way to design web sites and keep up with the latest. This is what Web 2.0 is all about your ticket to make any type of idea come across on your web site. In order to learn and work with Joomla we also had to learn other open source and cross-platform programs to build modern web sites with a low cost, however you have to be willing to learn a little too.

This is why we started a Joomla users group.
On our community site you can :
  • Watch movies or add them,
  • Use the forum to contact members and give support
  • Find out about the next meeting or other events
  • Add to the directory, information about your services or web site.

This is a resource and learning site about Joomla. A content management system, is for web sites to give people interactive features. Excellent for social networking and learning, members can contact other members easily. This type of system can create an interactive environment and help people with designing web sites for companies, groups and organizations.

Any one world wide can join our web site. We also have meetings and share news and information about the latest developments with Joomla and some of the projects and services offered by people and companies world wide that add to the joomla community.
